The latest Silvergate Rancho Bernardo floor plans are here! After receiving feedback from many of our Advanced Reservation holders, we’ve incorporated a number of requests into the latest plans.

- Modern open floor plan design that combines living and dining areas into a large great room
- Gorgeous glass panel doors opening to private patios
- In-home washer and dryer in all units
- Spacious walk-in closest and generous storage space
- Large, convenient ADA-compliant bathroom design
- High ceilings, 9 1/2 - 10 feet high in all units
- Optional built-in features
We’ve also taken into consideration the high demand for 2 bedroom apartments from our Advanced Reservation holders. We have added ten more 2 bedroom units with a new floor plan, giving future residents more options.
