Last week Silvergate Rancho Bernardo hosted a fun Holiday Cocktail Party for people with an early reservation at the new flagship property. With more than 120 attendees, the event brought together future neighbors and AmeriCare Health & Retirement representatives for a festive afternoon that included a brief project update and a look at several new concept images. These new images can be found in the slideshow above. Attendees also received special Silvergate Rancho Bernardo champagne glasses – including a bottle of Dom Perignon for one lucky attendee – as a gift to celebrate the upcoming holidays.
During the project update, AmeriCare’s President & CEO David Petree expressed his gratitude to those who have put their faith in the Silvergate Rancho Bernardo project and signed up for the Advanced Reservation List. The project has received an overwhelmingly positive response from the community in the last year, and the list has grown to over 120 in less than 6 months. Mr. Petree also gave a special thank you to those who had encouraged their friends to join them on the list, and he encouraged everyone to continue to pick their future neighbors by referring their friends to Silvergate.
Matt Petree, Project Manager for Silvergate Rancho Bernardo, gave an overview on the project’s current status, stating that the project is continuing to move through the City’s approvals process as scheduled and is anticipating breaking ground late next year. He also announced that after taking into consideration the feedback from a number reservation holders, Silvergate’s two-bedroom apartment floor plan has been modified to now include full kitchens.
The Holiday Cocktail Party is the last Silvergate Rancho Bernardo event on the calendar for 2015. AmeriCare anticipates hosting more informational events and social gatherings in the new year. If you’re interested in attending a future event, call (858) 683-9938.
