February 20, 2019 - Foundations Complete, Framing Well Underway

Silvergate Rancho Bernardo is thrilled to announce that we reached a major construction milestone last month – the completion of the project’s foundation phase! The large underground parking structure at the north end of the site beganin May andthe foundation work has been steadily progressing towards the south for several months. Last month, we poured the final cottageslabs to officially completethis important phase.It was perfect timing too, becausethe rain arrived shortly afterwards!The next phase of construction is the framing process forall of our buildings. We began this phase in September and are now well underway. The framing for manycottagehomes has already been completed, while the steel and metal framing of the larger two and three story buildings is coming up fast. At our current pace, and unless Mother Nature has something else planned, we should be completed with this next phase within the next few months!Most importantly, we remain on track to complete construction towards the end of the yearand open our doors in early 2020.
