From the Executive Director to every nurse, chef, dining staff and security, every employee exhibits the deepest empathy and provides the highest-level care. My wife now gets restful sleep knowing her mother is at a safe facility of the highest caliber.

There are many choices of good memory care facilities in San Diego — I saw most of them, but Silvergate is truly the best. There is quality care, healthy food, and activities to keep my husband engaged.
