July 24, 2014 – Since acquiring the “water tower site” in December 2013, AmeriCare has spent the last six months diligently working on a concept design for Silvergate Rancho Bernardo. We have also spent this time introducing ourselves to various RB community groups.
After six months of hard work, we are excited to begin the next phase of the project where we plan to present our initial designs to the RB community. We officially began this phase last week with our presentation of the project to the RB Planning Board. During the meeting, board members and residents had the opportunity to get a first look at the designs and ask questions about the project.
In the coming months, we plan to give similar presentations to other community groups who express interest. We encourage local HOAs, business groups and organizations to reach out and speak to an AmeriCare representative to learn more or schedule a presentation on the project.
