Silvergate Rancho Bernardo Advanced Reservation Form

Silvergate Rancho Bernardo is a proposed retirement community currently under development. Completion of this form along with a fully refundable $500 deposit constitutes an advanced reservation for a living unit in the new Silvergate community. Upon the opening of Silvergate Rancho Bernardo, the applicant will be given a 30-day period to select a specific living unit. The deposit will become non-refundable upon selection of said unit. If no specific living unit is selected within the 30-day period, the reservation will expire and the deposit will be fully refunded. Please provide us with information requested below.
