After months of hard work with our interior designers, architects, and modeling design artists, we’re excited to announce that we are close to finishing 30 brand new photo-realistic renderings of Silvergate Rancho Bernardo! Similar to the image above, these new renderings are absolutely stunning, and really bring life to our flagship campus-style community. These incredibly life-like renderings will give you a true sense of the premier quality you can expect at Rancho Bernardo’s newest retirement community. We’ll be releasing these new images over the coming months, so be sure to keep a look out for our emails!
What’s going on behind the fence?
We’re happy announce that the underground utility work we began at the beginning of the year is now complete. As we transition to the next phase of construction, we’re pleased to announce that we have selected Ryan Companies as general contractor for the remainder of the project. Ryan Companies is a large Midwest-based general contractor with extensive experience in the senior living industry. They have built several high-end, luxury retirement communities around the country. With Ryan Companies on board, we are now set to dive into the next phase of construction. This phase will include all the concrete building slabs, starting with the large underground garage next month. This phase will continue into the summer months, with erection and framing of the buildings to follow.
