There’s a stunning transformation taking place at Silvergate Rancho Bernardo! With skilled tradesmen and a dedicated team of contractors moving swiftly across the site of this beautiful new retirement community, it’s no wonder future residents and nearby neighbors are anxious to take a peek behind the construction fence.
The Cottage Nearing Completion – The Cottages have really started to take their final shape this month with flooring installations taking place underfoot and sparkling, decorative lighting fixtures being installed overhead. Kitchen appliances are now sliding into position and the stainless steel finishes are a sophisticated complement to the gleaming ceramic tile backsplashes. The plumbers are also hard at work in the Cottages installing beautiful, top-quality sink fixtures, faucets and showerheads.
From The West & East Wings – Drywall installation continues along the corridors and in the apartment spaces of all three floors of the East and West Wings. The ceilings and walls have really emerged in both apartment buildings, allowing each individual apartment home to start to come to life!
Over At The Pool House – Our expert masonry installers have been busy hand-placing the arch-way stones on the columns that surround the open-air Pool House patio. The Pool House has also just had its mosaic tile roof installed, bringing it even closer to the final stages of completion.
Inside The Central Club House – During August, construction framing continued on the first and second floors of the Central Club House and is expected to continue into next month. Framing was completed on the third floor, moving the Pent House apartments even closer to full completion. Signs of progress are simply everywhere. Outside, the eye-catching mosaic tile roofing was installed on the Central Club House as well as on the porte corchere covered entrance, giving the whole building a truly alluring facade.
Restaurant & Bistro Amenities Take Shape – Big changes also have been going on in the Central Club House! Just above those soaring ceilings in the El Castillo Restaurant, the roof installers have made impressive strides on the mosaic tile roof. The walls inside the restaurant have been framed out and work has begun on the new commercial kitchen.
Memory Care Suites Progressing – Wood cabinetry is being installed in the individual suites and common areas of the Memory Care Suites. Work has also progressed in the halls and on the walls of the Memory Care suites where warm and appealing paint colors are currently being applied in preparation for the soothing and colorful artwork that will soon grace the resident corridors.
