We are happy to report that grading work is nearly complete at Silvergate Rancho Bernardo. Over the next few months we will move into the foundation phase of construction.

Lastly, we know many of you are wondering about specific details, such as prices and meal plans. We are preparing to distribute that information exclusively to our Advanced Reservation Holders in the coming months before making it available to the public. Some of the details we’ll be releasing include:
- Rent Prices & Meal Plans –A breakdown of exactly what’s included in the rent price and a description of the different meal plan options.
- One-Time Unit Selection Fee – An explanation of what this one-time fee covers, as well as how much that fee is depending on the unit selected
- Unit Finishes & Upgrade Packages – Our included basic unit finish options are beautiful as is, but additional upgrades will also be available. We’ll be sending a preview of what those finishes and upgrades are and how much they’ll cost.
