Silvergate Rancho Bernardo unveiled new concept images of the project at its third Preview Party earlier this week. Attendees of the party had an exclusive first look at these beautiful new images that bring the project to life in a whole new way. Some of the new images can be found in the slideshow above.
During the event, AmeriCare Health & Retirement representatives announced that due to a substantial amount of community support, the Advanced Reservation List has now grown to over 100 reservations, and is continuing to grow as the project stays on schedule and moves through the City’s approvals process.
For those who are interested in reserving their preferred unit, it is highly recommended to get on the list now as spots are filling up quickly. The simple, risk-free reservation only requires a $500 deposit which is fully refundable any time between now and when the project is projected to open in 2018.
