Now that the City of San Diego’s Development Services Department has completed its review of the Silvergate Rancho Bernardo project, and the environmental report has been finalized, we’re excited to be headed to the Commission for approval!
The City of San Diego’s Planning Commission has scheduled a public hearing to recommend approval of the Silvergate Rancho Bernardo project. The hearing will be next Thursday, June 30th at 9:00 am and will take place at the Council Chambers.
During the hearing, the Commission will decide on a recommendation to the City Council. With the Commission’s support, we anticipate a City Council public hearing later this summer.
We’ve worked very hard over the last 2 1/2 years to get to this point, and we’re very excited to be on the homestretch of this approvals phase of the project. We will continue to send you updates as they happen!
