We are excited to announce that yesterday the Silvergate Rancho Bernardo project reached yet another milestone! In a unanimous 6-0 decision, the City of San Diego’s Planning Commission voted in favor of recommending approval of the project to the City Council.
With the Planning Commission vote now behind us, we are setting our sights on the final step in the approvals process. We have been scheduled to go before the City Council on Tuesday, August 2nd at 2:00 pm, where we will present our project and receive a final vote from the Council. Having received the Commission’s full support, as well as unanimous support from the RB Planning Board and the Community Association of Bernardo Heights, we feel confident the Council will vote in our favor.
The City Council hearing will be open to the public and we encourage you to show your support by attending! If you’d like to join us, call Pam at (858) 683-9938 for details.
We have worked diligently over the past 2 1/2 years to get to this point, and we appreciate your interest and support along the way. We’re eager wrap up this phase of the project, and move on to construction soon. As always, we will continue to keep you in the loop as other project milestones unfold!
