We’re thrilled to announce that last night the Silvergate Rancho Bernardo project received another unanimous vote of support! With a room packed with local supporters of the project – most of whom already have advanced reservations at Silvergate – the RB Planning Board reviewed the project and voted 11-0 in favor of approval.
We are very pleased with the Planning Board’s decision, and we could not have hoped for a better show of support from the community. For nearly two and a half years we have worked diligently to establish ourselves as members of the community and ultimately create a wonderful project that RB can be proud of.
Next steps include a vote by the City of San Diego’s Planning Commission, followed by a vote by the City of San Diego’s City Council. We anticipate both of these votes taking place this summer.
