Silvergate Rancho Bernardo recently hosted its first Preview Party, inviting guests from around Rancho Bernardo to take an exclusive first look at the latest project plans. Over 150 guests attended the invite-only event held at the Bernardo Heights Country Club.
During the event, AmeriCare Health & Retirement representatives presented the proposed Silvergate Rancho Bernardo site plan, floor plans, and initial pricing. Guests also had an opportunity to ask questions on the project, as well as sign up for the growing Advanced Reservation List. Following the presentation, attendees who have joined our Advanced Reservation List were invited to a very special Owner’s Reception.
